Who We Are
Gordon & Cherie Mason have been a happily married couple for over 40 years and currently reside in Winter Park, Florida. They started in the real estate industry with rental properties, while living in South Carolina in the 80’s. They have grown their real estate investment business by focusing on long-term holdings, renovations and short-term sales in the central Florida area.
This husband and wife team, are members of (CFRI) Central Florida Realty Investors and active participants in Creating Wealth USA a real estate coaching program which teaches others how to create wealth while investing in real estate safely and profitably.
Gordon Mason is full-time real estate investor who has always had a thirst for knowledge. He is highly regarded as a music educator, conductor and professional trumpet player with a doctoral academic degree in music, (D.M.A). Cherie has the energy and drive to learn and pursue new opportunities and adventures. She has been an elementary and university level teacher, a published writer, and speaker at small workshops and large events. Although she enjoyed teaching, she went back to school to become an interior designer and have enjoyed helping people create beautiful and functional spaces in their homes. She started her Interior Design business Cherie Mason Interior in 2004. Her services have greatly impacted their real estate projects from start to finish.
